- Visibility at the cable location is zero which is not surprising based on shallow water and gale force winds stirring up the water column.
- Developing an ROV excavation plan, also developing a grapnel recovery plan B.
- Nome and Oliktok Point cable landing stations manned by Quintillion Tech/Eng personnel to support repair and restoral of service.
