Senior Program Manager, Federal Grants

Adaweze Maduakor is the Senior Program Manager Federal Grants and joined Quintillion in 2019. She is a key team member at Quintillion, where her expertise has been instrumental in securing grant opportunities to support the expansion of the middle mile in rural Alaska. Ada brings to Quintillion more than 15 years of industry experience with a strong background in stakeholder engagement and requirements. She holds a Bachelor of Electronic & Computer Engineering (ECE) and earned her Master’s degree in Project Management from the University of Alaska Anchorage in 2010. Ada is a Certified Project Management Professional. (PMP).

Providing Project Management of major federal programs within her group Ada serves as the Co-lead of our Project Management Office (PMO) Group, entrusted with overseeing federal grants. Ada’s leadership ensures strategic oversight and meticulous management of projects from inception to completion. The PMO Group prioritizes efficiency and accountability, employing robust frameworks and methodologies to implement projects within Quintillion’s subsea/broadband telecommunications portfolio. Ada fosters collaboration across teams and stakeholders, facilitating transparent communication and proactive risk management. Her dedication to operational excellence ensures the timely delivery and success of high-impact initiatives that support Quintillion’s mission. Ada currently serves as the Program Manager for Quintillion’s two ongoing federally funded broadband projects- the implementation of the Nome to Homer Project and The St. Lawrence Island planning project she is a pivotal team member for the BEAD program roll-out.

She loves traveling & exploring diverse holiday spots with her husband, kids, and extended family. Ada is actively engaged as a board member on several boards.
