Art Paul, our Grants Program Director, plays a pivotal role in securing funding for Quintillion’s initiatives and developing strategic partnerships with external organizations and funding agencies. With over 23 years of telecommunications experience including service delivery, customer support, project management, and operations management, Art has led teams to success in multi-million-dollar projects.
Alaska-born and raised, Art holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Alaska Anchorage, and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP).
