Debbie Dean is the Manager of Contracts for Quintillion. In her role Debbie is responsible for records compliance, insurance, and contract administration, she handles all contract matters that may arise from contract change management – amendments, tracking and executing. Before joining Quintillion, Debbie was Sr. Risk Analyst at one the largest telecommunications companies in Alaska. She has been a key Quintillion employee for over 5 years.
Debbie graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a B.A. in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration. She also attended the Willamette College of Law and received her Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree. She has been a member of the Oregon State Bar since 2001.
On the personal front as a life-long Alaskan, Debbie enjoys hiking or being outdoors, photography, time with family & friends, shooting pool, and baking delicious treats.
